Belgium 1979
In November 1979, the choir of Thrasyvoulos Stanitsas was invited for the second time to perform a series of concerts (it had previously traveled for the first time in 1977).
The choir conducted by Stanitsas held three consecutive concerts in the cities of Brussels, Ghent, and Leuven, and presented compositions of Petros Peloponnesios, which they had also performed earlier that year at the Lyric Stage (Athens Opera).
The last concert in the series took place in the city of Leuven.
At the end of the concert, Thrasyvoulos Stanitsas sang monophonic hymns from the Great Vespers and the Great Canon.
